What is DTF printing and how is it different from screen printing?

DTF (Direct to Film) prints your full-color design onto a special film, then heat-presses it onto fabric. It works on virtually any fabric and color, with no setup fees — making it ideal for small runs, complex artwork and gradients that screen printing struggles with.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

What file formats do you accept for designs?

Accepted Answer

We prefer PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI. We also accept PDF, AI, PSD, SVG and high-resolution JPG. If your file needs cleanup or vectorization, our design team can help — just ask.

How long does production take?

Standard production is 3–5 business days after artwork approval. Sportswear and large bulk orders may take 5–10 business days. Rush options are available on request.

Do you ship worldwide?

How durable are your DTF prints?

Accepted Answer

Our DTF transfers are wash-tested to survive 50+ machine washes without cracking, peeling or fading — when washed inside-out on a cold cycle. Sublimation prints are essentially permanent on polyester.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Bank transfer, Wise, Western Union, MoneyGram, and major payment apps. For international clients we accept USD, GBP, EUR and AED. A 50% advance secures bulk orders.

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes — and we recommend it. Sample pricing is at unit rate. Contact us with your artwork and we'll print, photograph and ship a sample so you can confirm quality before committing.

Do you offer private labelling or branded packaging?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can apply your neck labels, hang tags, polybag inserts and custom packaging on bulk orders. Send us a brief and we'll quote it with your apparel.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

We quality-check every order before dispatch. If a print is defective or doesn't match the approved proof, we'll reprint or refund the affected pieces — just notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
