Our commitment

Vision Textile and Printing Hub handles customer accounts, contact details, design artwork and order history. We take reasonable, industry-standard steps to keep that information confidential and only accessible to the people who need it to fulfil your order.

Account security

• Authentication is handled by a managed identity provider; we never store your password in plain text.
• Each account can only read and modify its own profile, orders and uploaded files.
• Administrative actions are limited to explicitly-granted staff accounts.

Design files & uploads

• Uploaded artwork is stored in a private bucket. Files are not publicly listed or indexable.
• Only you and our production team can access the files attached to your order.
• Shareable links, when generated, are short-lived signed URLs.

Data we collect

• Contact info you provide (name, phone, email) to quote and deliver your order.
• Order details: service, quantity, notes and any artwork you upload.
• Basic technical logs needed to operate the site reliably.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers required to deliver your order (e.g. couriers).

Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing mc070202752@gmail.com or calling +92 321 7124700.
