What is print on demand?+
Print on demand (POD) is a fulfillment model where products are printed and shipped only after a customer places an order. You don't pay for inventory upfront, hold no stock, and the printer handles production, packing and shipping under your brand.
How does print on demand work?+
You upload designs to a catalog of blank products (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc.). When a customer orders, the order is sent to a POD partner like us. We print the design on the chosen blank, pack it with your branding and ship it directly to the customer. You only pay our base cost per order.
Is print on demand profitable?+
Yes — with the right product, design and pricing. Typical POD margins are 25–40% after platform fees and ads. Our profit calculator helps you check the math before launching. Higher-end products (heavyweight hoodies, sportswear) and bulk-friendly tiered pricing improve margins significantly.
Do I need to hold inventory?+
No. That is the whole point of print on demand. We print one piece at a time as orders come in. There is no minimum order quantity and no risk of dead stock.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
One. We print starting from a single unit. Volume discounts kick in automatically at 25, 100 and 500+ units per order.
Can you ship under my brand (white label)?+
Yes. We offer full white-label fulfillment — your logo on the mailer, your hang tags on the garment, your return address. We are invisible to your customer. Custom inserts, thank-you cards and gift packaging are available at small additional cost.
Which print methods do you offer?+
DTF transfers (full-color, soft hand, works on cotton and polyester), DTG (super soft, best on light cotton), sublimation (all-over print on polyester), screen print (cost-effective for bulk runs of the same design), and embroidery (premium feel for polos, caps and hoodies). We pick the right method for your design and fabric.
How long does production and shipping take?+
Production averages 24–48 hours after artwork approval. International shipping is 5–10 business days with tracking. Express shipping is 3–5 days. End-to-end, most customers receive orders within 7–14 business days.
Where do you ship to?+
100+ countries worldwide from our Sialkot, Pakistan facility. Major destinations include the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia and the Middle East. Live shipping rates are calculated at quote time.
What if a print is defective or damaged?+
We reprint and reship at no cost — your customer is never charged twice. Simply send a photo of the issue within 30 days and we'll handle it. Reprint rate runs under 0.8% of orders.
Do you integrate with Shopify, Etsy or WooCommerce?+
Yes. Shopify and Etsy are live; WooCommerce and TikTok Shop are in beta. We also accept daily CSV uploads and manual orders for any platform. See the integrations page for the full list.
How do I get started?+
Send your product list and design files via the contact form or WhatsApp. We'll respond within a few hours with a quote, sample timeline and integration setup. Most clients are live and fulfilling orders within 5–7 days.
