From upload to delivery in 6 steps
A real timeline — not marketing fluff. Here's exactly what happens after an order is placed.
1. Order received
Real-timeOrders flow in three ways: (a) automatic sync from your Shopify / Etsy / WooCommerce store, (b) daily CSV upload, or (c) manual entry through our dashboard. Each order is tagged with your store ID so it can be fulfilled under your brand.
2. Artwork QC
Within 24hOur pre-press team checks every artwork file for resolution (min 300 DPI), color profile, transparency and print placement. If something needs fixing, we email you a corrected mockup before going to print — never a surprise.
3. Print production
24 – 48hWe pick the right print method for your design and fabric: DTF transfers for vivid full-color prints, DTG for soft hand feel, sublimation for all-over polyester prints, screen print for bulk runs, or embroidery for premium logos.
4. White-label packing
Same dayGarments are folded, tagged with your hang tag, slipped into your branded mailer with optional thank-you cards or inserts. Return address shows your brand — we are invisible to your customer.
5. Worldwide shipping
Carrier handoffOrders are handed to our carrier partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, PostNL) with tracking. Tracking IDs are pushed back to your store automatically so your customer gets notified.
6. Delivered to customer
5 – 15 business daysMost international orders arrive in 5–10 business days. Express options ship in 3–5 days. If anything is damaged or misprinted, we reprint and reship at no cost — your customer never bears the risk.
Total turnaround: ~3 to 4 days from order to ship, 5 to 15 days to your customer's door.
